Booting ok from USB created in Rufus, double click the Install Ubuntu icon on desktop and this shows the preparing screen , it occasionally allows me to click on the language but then fails and dissapperars off screen, any help appreciated

As an additional note i have created an additional USB boot drive to rule out a corruption issue
