Installation error 5

when ever I try to install ubuntu mate on my laptop it produces an error message that reads

The installer encountered an error coping files to hard disk

[ Err no 5] input/ out put error : 'libXll.so.6.3.0-.itarget/user/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libX.so.6

This is often due to a faulty CD/DVD disk or drive . It may help to clean the CD/DVD, to burn the CD/DVD at lower speed or clean the CD/DVD drive lens (cleaning kit are often available from electronic suppliers)

Thanks guys, for you help. I was able to install the OS on my pc. I did not use a cd to install the OS I burned Lubuntu 16.04 to an empty disk and tried to intall it since it a lightweight Ubuntu distro. It failed the same way Ubuntu Mate, instead I used lubuntu live session to make start up disk creator using Ubuntu Mate.ISO. Boot the Ubuntu Mate from my usb, then installed and it installed perfectly without any error messages. The Ubuntu Destros live sessions works better on usb. Thank you guys for your help…
