I know nothing about your system, but your post got me curious because the line you highlight does have identification: elan2514. So, I did a quick search on that, and found that device is apparently the touchscreen on the HP Envy, not a battery:
Don't know what command you are using to get the screenshots but on my Dell using the commands below it shows my battery (UM 22.04.3).
