I am really getting into OpenStreetMap and want to download the updated version of JOSM. I have downloaded it but it says to update the version. I am getting so frusterated on how to instal the updated version. Does anyone know how to and give instructions on how to?
I d/l the stable version of josm, 19423. java -jar josm-tested.jar works.
(I have java 11, it recommends to update java to version 17)
