I've enabled 'Beep when a toggle key is pressed' to play a sound whenever the CAPS lock, NUM lock and Scroll lock keys are pressed, however, it's disabled after every restart.
There is an open bug report on this.
Unable to duplicate on my Dell laptop.

No matter how many times I enable this option under keyboard accessibility, still, after every reboot the check-mark is removed and the feature doesn't work.
