Kodi RPI 3 installation failure

When installing kodi using shell the below error occurs, I realize that and dependency, I installed several PPAs but without success see the dependency:

apt install kodi -f -y

or been moved out of Incoming.

Thanks mdooley, I managed to install kodi, it's a beta but I'm configuring access
to my local movies to see if I can run the various videos I have, I
faithfully followed the tutorial and it worked.

I’m happy also to have achieved, ubuntu mate is complete in every way, next step is to configure the mobile to control the kodi. Hug mdooley.
