Ouch, this feature was in just a bit too late to make the 1.22 cut, so
definitely not from upstream. Unfortunately, final freeze for 19.10
happened last night and any distro-patch now requires confirmation that
they fix a critical/security bug... 
I have been wanting it so much and so long... lol
