MATE 1.16 on one of my machines

Picked up my copy of MATE 1.16 today; more than a few changes.

Nothing monumental, either way, in my short experience with it; but a reboot plus another logout/login was necessary to get the desktop icons proper. Two panel icons, jumped over a few millimeters; and my fonts look a little anemic all of a sudden. I'm sure these small defenciecies will be worked out real soon; I'll let you know

Well, this happens when dragging something, if you bump the bottom or sides; not a terrific enhancement. To get the desktop properly back, renaming a file or something corrects it until the next time.

Two machines, now, with different specs are doing this; so I'd give 1.16.0 until a point upgrade before messing with it.
