Mate Menu not starting

So Mate Menu (MintMenu) does not start when I log in. It gives me an error about shown in the above picture . But after I click ok it starts. Is it a bug that python can't load the plugin or I have deleted a wrong package ?
Maybe it is becouse of my config . You can see it below :

If it is a bug can somebody file a bug report ?

@IvCHo This is fixed in git. Next release will resolve this issue.
