Maybe I’m missing something…but, in Ubuntu 12.04 after you high lighted some text, then pressed the MMB, the text was pasted. It seems that I now have to right click, click copy, select where to paste, then right click, then click copy, much like Windows that I left.
Is there away to bring back the 12.04 (EASY) way permanently?
What does “the MMB” refer to?
Edit: middle mouse button - probably found on scroll wheel mice.

LOL, i took apart my mice and physically disabled the MMB because it annoys me.
You might find out how to “un-fix” it back to what you want by using some clues here:

Hello,
Does anyone have an answer to my original question?
In 12.04 just high lighting the text would copy it, and using the MMB would paste the text…
It doesn’t seem to work like that on 16.04.
Am I the only one who has this situation?
Thanks
