i am use cyrus dual mode 388 when i connect ubuntu 18.04 (kernel 4.15.0.43) it's was normal and then i'm getting this problem when i'm upgrading my ubuntu to 19 (kernel 4.18.x.x & 5.0.0.15),i connecting my modem on ubuntu ( kernel 4.18 & 5.0.0.15 ) it's connected for a while (maybe 60 second) and disconected, when i try to reconnect it's fail (i must unplug n plug my modem).
So i have initiative to install kernel 4.15.0-041500 on my ubuntu mate and linux mint cinnamon, so i try to connect my modem on linux mate 4.15.0-041500 and it's normal. and then i try on ubuntu 4.15.0-041500 and i have the some problem in kernel 4.18 & 5.0.0.15
Please help me to solve this problem im newbie in linux. i dont know where the problem is.. Thx anyway
