Monitor blinking with black screen

Hi, I am trying to use ubuntu mate with my RP 4. Installed ubuntu-mate-20.04.1-beta2-desktop-arm64+raspi.img.xz image.
The question is:
All works fine but after some time I am doing nothing with the keyboard (for example watching a film) the screen starts blinking. It became black and then again show the picture. I am new to Linux and try to play with it with my Raspberry Pi 4.
I thought that it may be a screensaver. So I went to the screensaver settings and turn it off but the issue still appears. So maybe I need to see some logs or something to guide me with a possible solution. Thank you.

PS. I have no such issue with another system for example raspbian. I played with it for about several months. But I don't want back to the raspbian after ubuntu so ...

I have found an issue. My hdmi->vga adapter.
For some reason, this adapter began to work with errors at the same time as I decided to reinstall the system. For now, at least I have 2 different SD with 2 clean and perfectly working systems. :slight_smile:
