Moving a downloaded software to a USB drive

Hi! I downloaded a software on my device running Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS and have troubles moving it to a USB drive.
I would be very glad if you can help.
Thanks!

What software is it? Can you tell us the name?

I read an article that talked about Windows10 1903. So the software in question is an iso image of Windows10.
Thanks!

Yeah, thats not software. You can use Etcher or Gnome Disks to burn the iso to an USB, like this: https://fedoramagazine.org/how-to-make-a-live-usb-stick-using-gnome-disks/ but using gnome-disks from Ubuntu's repo

@Osman_Wahab, etcher will do the job.
