Hi everyone,
I have been trying to solve this problem for over six months on and off.
Sound works fine through headphones but nothing through the speakers.
I have read many similar problems, some fixed but most not.
Ive tried changing the values in /etc/modprobe.d with different index numbers, I've started and stopped and reloaded alsa and pulseaudio that many times ive lost count, installed all to date alsa software and rebooted, Nothing is muted in alsa or pulseaudio and my sound seems to be recognised after following lots of different possible solutions.
Ive also read that this was a bug with the kernal but was fixed........
Im totally lost now. Id appreciate some help.
