My notification bubble/notify is not appear when removing removable device, usb/external-hdd. and also my "Indicator Applet Complete" seem not working too, there is no notify icon-count there even I've got new email (notification bubble for email is working). did anyone can figure it out the solution?

Let us begin with the easiest potential source of the problem. 
Is the following setting active on your computer:
Control centre > Look and Feel > Mate Tweak > Windows > Performance: Enable animations = active (ticked box) ?
Then regarding USB-sticks or external drives, you might consider using "nmon" as a work-around for the time being:

Yes "Enable animation" is checked already
I'm not sure about what "nmon" does. but I'll try to install it latter.
Let me try to explain my detail problem here, I don't know when this happens, but I just realize it today. Normally, every eject usb drive, it will show up notification bubble that eject is was successfull, but for now it doing nothing.
And normally every I got new notification from apps (email etc) will appear on "Indicator Applet Complete" (blue icon in my case) and following with notification bubble, but for now only notification bubble is work. so sometime I got miss notification now.
