Hello,
I do not see any difference between "Notification Manager" (in German:" Benachrichtigungsanzeige") and "Complete Notification Manager" (in German: Vollständige Benachrichtigungsanzeige"). Have added the complete one to my panel, on the Desktop as well as on the Laptop. But while on the Desktop I have the possibility to directly activate Bluetooth, this is missing on my laptop: Same configuration, I tried everything, but do not see a solution... see image
