Odroid C2/Encore Enmab-8CM jumbled surround

Hello and seasons greeting, I hope you can help me out with this problem: The 5.1 output both in PulseAudio and ALSA is mixed wrong, when you test a speaker, the resulting output sound will randomly be on the specified speaker, sometimes on another one, both or jump in mid-sentence from one to the other. I tried choosing different audio outputs in the hardware control, nothing worked. I use an external 7.1 channels USB sound card (Encore Enmab-8CM). It works perfectly in Windows. Any ideas?

Hi @KitFox,

try installing “Paman” (Pulse Audio Manager), it might help?:

sudo apt-get install paman
