Can you be more specific? Did you install UM 16.04.1?

Have you opened the sound settings dialog box and taken a look at the output tab?

After tried ubuntu mate many a times i installed linux mint sarah cinnamon.
It has no problem. All the necessary codecs can be downloaded at once after
installed it successfully.
I fell in love with ubuntu mate. But i cant use it because of the
particular audio problem. I hope Martin could help me. Please.

You can install additional codecs. After you start the Welcome application go to Getting Started > Updates & Extras > Additional Codecs. Restart your computer and see if it works then.
I would like to know for sure the mic is being detected. Please run the following command in terminal and look for the mic in the output or just post the output here.
cat /proc/bus/input/devicesFinally installed codecs…
