How to bind shortcut for the inserting timestamp in Pluma?

Welcome to Ubuntu MATE community!
At first you have to enable Insert Date/Time plugin in Preferences → Plugins.
You can use keyboard navigation for Edit menu as simple as
Alt+e, s, Enter for English GUI.
This maybe not what you really want, but it is fast.

It works for Russian too! (With Russian symbols).
