I’ve just read a thread commenced by someone, which I’m appalled at the tone of.
There is absolutely no need for this kind of behaviour on a community run by volunteers.
If you want instant help, I am sure there are plenty people willing to provide this (at a price).
This is a place to learn and to learn from the experience of others.
However, you should ask in a polite manner and expect to be treated in the same way.
If someone doesn’t have an answer immediately you should be prepared to wait.
