Power settings doesn't show BT headset battery level

Hi there.
My headset is connected and shows his battery to DBus

luca@laptop-luca:~/sistema/scripts$ upower -i /org/freedesktop/UPower/devices/headset_dev_A4_77_58_7B_56_FF
native-path: /org/bluez/hci0/dev_A4_77_58_7B_56_FF
model: Philips SHB3075
serial: A4:77:58:7B:56:FF
power supply: no
updated: mié 08 feb 2023 22:09:52 (230 seconds ago)
has history: yes
has statistics: no
headset
warning-level: none
percentage: 50%
icon-name: 'battery-missing-symbolic'

but energy settings doesn't show that info

and the indicator applet on the panel shows it as "unknown"
miniaplicacion

How can I fix it?

maybe the first is the battery of the headphones and the second is the battery of the laptop.

Just a thought on @pavlos_kairis edit: comment above. Maybe op could remove the headphones to see what changes.?

Philips SHB3075 is the name of my headphones, actually if I click on "Desconocido" the applet opens the energy window, as you can see in the first image, showing the headphones info.
"Adaptador de corriente" is the AC power
"Bateria" and "Dynapack..." are the laptop battery
"Ratón" is "Wireless mouse"
