Links have been fixed, pointing to 16.04.1 as it should have been doing.
Since there isn’t a 16.04.2 for the PowerPC, it’s just meddled with how we generate the download page. 
A 16.04.2 version looks unlikely, as it’s being dropped from “future releases” (as of December 2016) which might include 16.04.2 (February 2017)
