Print label without grid lines

I would like to be able to print this label without the grid lines or borders.

Have you checked the print settings? in either the app or printer?

I looked but not sure what to look for.

Maybe page background?

Open your document again and go to Table menu -> Properties. Click on Borders tab and click on No Borders icon.
