Problem in wireless switch with ubuntu 16.04 in 2 notebooks

Hi,

I have same problem in 2 notebooks:

The wireless not turn on, by hardware key…

Toshiba nb300
HP G6-2111ES

I try all helps posted in forum and same problem… I try:
rfkill unblock, bios reset, suspend, install linux-firmware, add line in blacklist… not working!

Please any can try fix this in new releases?

Hi @neocrivi,

have you checked if there are any WiFi settings in BIOS/UEFI that could have switched it off?, do the reverse here. :smiley:
