Problem with Skype

Hi there!
Recently I installed UM 18 LTS and I need some help with Skype (google didn't help):

  1. No sound in Snap version of Skype (PulseAudio is installed, other programs work fine)
  2. .deb Skype for Linux (sound works great) has a super-strange icon in the tray (I can see 2 icons in a row + with status indicator under them). Screenshot attached

UPD_27052018: I figured out how to fix the problem with snap Skype:
sudo ln -s /run/user/1000/pulse/native /var/run/pulse
It solved my problem with sound + Snap Skype icon looks normal.

Same funky double icon here. This started when skype got updated last friday.
