hello everyone, I am using ubuntu mate 24.04.1 LTS (Noble Numbat) 64 bit, I encrypted the disk, I happen that from the application store for example if I try to install Falkon browser after I installed it does not start the program? can you help me?
As far as I could see, Falkon browser is a KDE-specific thing. It has tons of QT dependencies. I.e. interoperability issues between different desktop environments are not that surprising. To me, the best advice would be to give up Falkon.

thank you, as I thought, KDE already, could you recommend me a similar browser?
I am afraid, I can not give well grounded recommendations for I am Firefox user for years and do not know "browser market" well.

Not sure what you are looking for, but both Waterfox and Librewolf are based on Firefox with some extra security. If I remember correctly Librewolf has a respiratory, Waterfox classic a ppa, but Waterfox only a tarball for Linux.
