Qt application interface in a mess in ubuntu 16.04 mate

I use ubuntu 16.04 mate，if I set "application font" to a bitmap font( vector font display effect is terrible), like "AR PL UMing CN Light"，qt application I use (liteide) interface become in a mess.

First I think it's a qt's bug，but I find if I use gnome-shell and set the same font, everything is ok.

you can download liteide or just install qtconfig-qt4 to replicate the problem.If I set "application font" to "AR PL UMing CN Light"，the qtconfig-qt4's interface will in a mess too.

mate should have better support to qt, there is more than one bug in mate…
