you may need to enable the PCIe graphics card from your BIOS.

There is no option to adjust or activate pice slots in the ufie bios

Check the BIOS again, is the slot disabled?
re-seat the card, maybe there is dust.
What the m/b model? is it compat with AMD cards?

There may also be switchable graphics in BIOS/UEFI, look for the setting in BIOS/UEFI that controls GPU switching and see which one is enabled. On this laptop (Acer Aspire) I only have the onboard Intel graphics active as the AMD GPU chip runs hot on this laptop!.

If it is a standard PC, do you have the cable connected to the correct GPU output?.

I cannot find any setting in the bios to activate the card or the card slot.
The MB is a P8H61-MX R2.0 with an Intel Pentium CPU G645 @ 2.90GHz chip

Check the manual which may help?.

Do you have the monitor cable connected to the Radeon GPU or to the onboard graphics?. :grinning:

I have tried booting the system with the VGA and HDMI monitors connected to the Radeon GPU together and separately as well as with the VGA connected to the on board GPU and the HDMI connected to the Radeon GPU, only the VGA connection to the onboard GPU provides an output.

Then you must look for the switch in BIOS/UEFI which controls which graphics port will be used for graphics output!.

Once selected, you will need to put the cable in that port when you reboot after you save the changes you made in BIOS/UEFI. :grinning:
