Raspberry Pi 4, Mate 20.04 beta2 TV hat

Hello, I have a problem with setting a TV hat on RPI 4, Mate 20.04.
I installed a tvheadend from snap , but it not see it.

I tried dtoverlay=rpi-tv but did not help,

also
insmod /boot/modules/cxd288-spi.ko
insmod /boot/modules/cxd288.ko

as suggested here but they do not exist.

Dmesg see it, but tvheadend not.
