Recent notifications panel applet indicator for UM 18.04, how can I get one?

In the previous LTS one could install recent-notifications and have a list of the notifications of the operating system, which is very useful. Often popup notifications are missed so having a list of them all at the distance of a click is indeed very useful.
It looked something like this:

Is there a way of getting this applet or a similar one working on Ubuntu MATE 18.04?

This one is solved, the applet has been update to work in 18.04, here's how to install it:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:jconti/recent-notifications
sudo apt install indicator-notifications
