I worked for 21 years for Centerpoint Energy where it's headquarters
are in Houston, Texas.
I enjoyed the 4 ten hour shifts and having 3 days off each week.
I used to use a long probe to test the emissions from the coal smoke stacks.
It generated so much static electricity, that we had to wear thick gloves
so as not to be shocked.
