Request: Add xfwm4 support at MATE Tweak

Today, I gave xfwm4 a try (I wrote the whole procedure here: Using xfwm4 (xfce's window manager) with Ubuntu-MATE) and it seems really stable and fast. Can you guys add support at MATE Tweak like the rest window managers? No need to be pre-installed just to be recognized by MATE Tweak like mutter is. Maybe add some custom configurations when xfwm4 is selected for better experience. If I got it working, then you guys can do it a lot better :stuck_out_tongue:
