Reset lost password

I am running 15.04 on a raspberry pi. During installation I created a username and a password. Like a dummy I have forgotten the password. Is there a way to reset the password? Or add a new user whose password I will paint on the office wall?

The UbuntuMATE for RPi 2 does not show any GRUB menu as you can have it on PCs.

Thus, not sure how this can be activated on a RPi 2 device when booting up.

I recently had the same problem how ever I didnt forget just my screen locker was on so I put it in my password but is says it wrong, I log in as guest and make sure my pass is correct it is… after doing some googling I see that people had the same problem and that is the keyboard layout/language anyways tried every language like US, CA etc and still it wont work. And the above tut did not work also to note I am ising berry boot. I need help ASAP please.
