Hallo alltogether!
I installed Ubuntu-Mate 16.04 on my Notebook near Ubuntu-Unity 15.10.
I installed for codecs this packages: ubuntu-restricted-extras and openjdk-8-jdk
I checked this directory: /usr/share/doc/libdvdread4/
the script install-css.sh is’t here, it’s away!!!
This command doesn’t work in this fall:
sudo /usr/share/doc/libdvdread4/install-css.sh
What cann I do?
Thanks vvm
From Ubuntu 15.10 onwards, libdvd-pkg is available to ease the installation of libdvdcss.
Install the libdvd-pkg package (no need to add third party repositories) via Synaptic or command line:
sudo apt-get install libdvd-pkg
Follow libdvd-pkg’s instructions to let it download, compile, and install libdvdcss.
For 32 and 64 bit versions of “libdvdcss2”, direct download below, just install with Gdebi after download:
http://mirror.home-dn.net/debian-multimedia/pool/main/libd/libdvdcss/
