/scripts/local-block bug

i bump into this error when i boot for the first time, first it shows ACPI PCC probe error, then i disable graphical boot (that logo booting screen) then i saw that line keeps running over and over again like this:

Running /scripts/local-block…done
Running /scripts/local-block…done
Running /scripts/local-block…done
Running /scripts/local-block…done
Running /scripts/local-block…done

and then it says give up waiting on system and busybox started and the keyboard is nor responding but the pc did not freeze as it can detect and log USB port activities

HELP ME

Unless you’re trying to run Ubuntu MATE on a Sparc machine I doubt this bug report will help much.
Please start by collecting information on the machine by booting the live USB and running the command:

inxi -ACDSIGMN

Run that command in a terminal open using CTRL+ALT+T and provide the output through pastebin for example.

Next please give informations about the procedure you used to install the system.

i dont know how to pastebin so im just gonna paste the whole thing here:
