Here's mine anyway, nothing crazy... Just a slightly modified Pantheon layout with the Places and System menus.
Also the top bar has the window list applet on it, so I have an overview of what's on the current workspace.
EDIT: Oh, and yeah... I almost forgot the Tilda / Tmux bit...
