I've been running the Ubuntu-MATE UI over Linux Mint for about a year now, and I have an issue with the Snapd package. I first noticed it with my Spotify installation since it hasn't worked since I put the Ubuntu-MATE package over Mint. I'm sure it could just be an issue with mint, but it's really confusing I honestly don't know what is and isn't installed with snap, but I was finally trying to get to the bottom of the Spotify situation and noticed that my system is just refusing to acknowledge that any snap related packages exist. I had really bad issues with my repositories when I tried to get the Intel Arc A380 drivers working, but I removed all of them and it's been working fine. I have noticed some issues with a few apps, but I've never really cared until now. I have a picture attached with a neofetch window in case that can help at all. The flatpak release of Spotify is working fine, so I'm not sure what to do from here to fix snapd.
That is to be expected: Linux Mint does not support snap and prevents it from running.

You can not fix it, Linux Mint does not support snap.
By the way, your repository list two errors:
I can assure you that a debian version named 'jammy' does not exist.
For security reasons, unsigned repositories are not accepted.
Please add the spotify repository GPG key to your system. The spotify site will tell you how to do that.
And please please please stop posting text as pictures because it is too cumbersome to quote (either by typing it out or 'photoshopping') and it eats a thousandfold more storage than text while not even being keyword searchable.
Posting text as text is just a matter of copy & paste so it is less work for both you and me.
I'll provide my 2c, but its opinion, as I've not kept up with Linux Mint sufficiently to the 100% accurate.
Linux Mint have chosen to disablesnapd by default; but I wouldn't use the wording that they don't support snap, given they documented (I'm assuming here it's not been removed; but I've not checked) what they've done in order to prevent easy snapd install; this documentation however make it easy for users who wanted snapd and snap packages to revert their changes/configs too. This applies to the main Linux Mint product , not Linux Mint Debian Edition.
