Can you run “sudo apt update” in a terminal and post the output here?
It’s possible that the Mendeley repository or another one you have configured in your system is unavailable.
Indeed, there are a couple of repositories that are unavailable (the “404 Not Found” errors).
This can be a transitory issue or permanent, it’s hard to tell.
You can try disabling those for now in “Software & Updates” (tab “Other Software” - uncheck the problematic repositories).
