PPAs are 3rd party repositories, so all security checks (are they maintained, maintainers trustworthy, suitable for our system etc) are on you. My guess is you fell short in this regard.
Without the messages before what you posted, I cannot check, but I'm betting that PPA doesn't support groovy or 20.10, thus should not have been added... ie. checks were not performed.
The PPA or source that caused this message (look in lines above what you pasted) should not have been added, and thus should be removed from your system.
