Today I hear startup sound from a laptop with Ubuntu MATE in a caffe! and I'm so excited!!
Can you share the original sound file here, please? I like to use it on my iPhone!

If you are talking about the "drums" sound that happens when the "Ubuntu MATE 24.04" login screen appears, I've found out that is the "system-ready.ogg" audio file from the "Arctica Greeter". The "Arctica Greeter" is "A greeter shell for the LightDM login manager".
In a Ubuntu MATE system, you can find that audio file in the following location:
/usr/share/sounds/arctica-greeter/stereo/system-ready.ogg
If you want to download that file, I believe the best place is the following direct link to that file from the "arctica-greeter" GitHub repository:

Hmm... I'm not familiar with "Ubuntu Touch" - or its successor "UBports" - ringtones, but maybe someone has customized their Ubuntu MATE system to play some ".ogg" file from "UBports" as the login screen sound of "Ubuntu MATE"?
In case it helps, I've found the list of "UBports" ringtones (".ogg" files) in the following "GitLab" web page of the "UBports GitLab repository":
