Steam and Wine do not run on Ubuntu MATE 20.04

I have installed Steam and Wine on Ubuntu MATE 20.04, but they don't run. Last week was fine.

I am not a gamer, so I might be way off, but I would use PlayOnLinux. "Steam" is one of the included apps. I use playonlinux without a problem to run some windows apps.
