Stop password prompt for screensaver

I used ALL=(ALL:ALL) ALL to %sudo ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD:ALL to disable prompts for passwords.

But I am getting a prompt for what I believe is some screensaver function.

I could not find anything under Power Management.

Do I need to remove mate-screensaver from the Startup Programs?

Control Center > Screensaver ... unclick lock screen
