It seems that there is some bug related to this screen:
Clicking on the buttons or closing this dialog doesn't work, but the UI is not frozen, just doesn't do anything (I can see the visual effects of clicks).
Installing from ubuntu-mate-22.04.3-desktop-amd64.iso inside VirtualBox.
