I am using ubuntu-mate 18.04 on a Dell Inspiron 5570.
I want to be able to switch across workspaces using mousewheel.
Coming from xfce I'm used to this setting.
I know it can also be done using compiz but I'm currently using Marco as compositor and I prefer to stick with it.
Any suggestion is very welcome.
It should switch if you move your mouse cursor over the Workspace Switcher applet and use the scroll wheel.
It does switch over Workspace Switcher.
My question is whether it can switch on the desktop itself, as it does in xfce or in compiz.
I am not aware of any current way to do it with Marco. I'm sure you could hack it in some way to allow that, though.
