Tilda0 screen and pull down menu

on start the system …i am getting the message

" the key binding you choose for " pull down terminal" is invalid.Please choose another"
then if i choose “close”
Tilda0 configuration screen and terminal will be displayed…
in terminal if i choose “exit” then i can use the system…
can anybody help me to rectify it please…

Same happened to me. I did the following (although there might be a more direct approach to the problem):

  1. I chose another shortcut for “pull down terminal” in the menu that pops up.
  2. As after boot a terminal popped up out of nowhere, I simply unchecked “terminal” in Menu->Startup Applications
