Of cource! My Laptop and Desktop are both running MATE 15.10 now, waiting for the holy moment, the first and best ever LTS with MATE !!

According to @lah7's time thingy, it should be 22:00 hrs here in Germany (GMT + 2), what I have noticed after doing my daily updates is the the words "Development version" have vanished from Grub menu after I re-installed grub on my normal version of 16.04, I still have 16.04 in German on my test partition and that was also updated this morning!.

My system monitor reads the same as yours, which I consider odd. Because of vBox updates, I did not update yesterday or today and yet this has somehow known the change took place.

Simply keeping up with apt update, upgrade, autoremove gets me the official LTS release
in my TEST PARTITION
I will be installing fresh and replacing Ubuntu 14.04.4 LTS in a week or so
