Trim disable is safe on ssd?

I want to disable trim on a samsung 970 EVO .
Is safe ?

It's safe, but no: you DON'T "want" to do it.

Either you have a highly involved reason for doing so, or you've been given bad advice. Since if #1 was the case you wouldn't need to ask this question, I'm going to conclude it's #2.
