I using ubantu 16.04 and when I update ubuntu 16.04 (64-bit) to 17.10 (64-bit) after that my my touchpad key are not working.
did you help me out in this case…

Sadly that is still a weird occurring bug. I have a similar situation with you, however I started with UM17.10 then downgraded to 16.04 just to check it out. My touchpad also messed up and when I returned back to 17.10, it still persists.
The temporary solution is after you load your desktop, press Ctrl + Alt + F1. This will bring you to the CLI mode. After that, press Ctrl + Alt + F7. This will return you back to the desktop. Your touchpad should be working again.
EDIT: Alternatively, you can try to install Xorg Input Synaptics via sudo apt install xserver-xorg-input-synaptics. This actually solved the touchpad issue on my laptop.;
