Ubuntu Mate 16.04 audio loop error

Since I moved on Linux I have this problem.Audio Loops in any software, but only sometimes and for a second.Fore exemple:
I love to play on linux is fun!
Well imagine this is a verse, well sometimes it will sound like this:
I love to play play on linux is fun!
or double play or double fun,I think you got it,loop sound.
Please help me I have this problem for about 2 years.

New thing that i discoverd is that on Lubuntu I don’t have this problem

I have heard that Lubuntu doesn’t use Pulseaudio by default. If Lubuntu works for you stick with it. Troubleshooting Pulseaudio can be difficult and time consuming so personally I would use Lubuntu in that case.
