Ubuntu Mate 16.04 Cannot update to the latest RPI-UPDATE Kernel since 4.19.115+ to 5.4.42-V7+

Hi

Using Ubuntu-Mate 16.04.02 with Raspberry Pi 3. After doing Rpi-Update to the latest kernel it cannot boot up with NO Signal on HDMI Since rpi-update kernel 4.19.115+ to 5.4.42-v7+.

Have to revert back rpi-update kernel 4.19.114-V7+.

Reverting to the older firmware version as the current version 4.19.115 and 4.19.115-v7+ are having issues! It work like a charm! I managed to get it to work on single attempt. The methods below really works. I have my other SD Card with the similar Ubuntu-Mate 16.04.2 distro.
